**Age**

**Purchase Terms**

- Refunds are not available once you've received personalized links or access to resources via email.

**Cancellation and Rescheduling**

**Tutor Fairness** 

Tutors dedicate significant time to preparing lessons and resources. If a lesson is canceled without sufficient notice, the tutor must still be compensated for their time. 

  

**Rescheduling Policy** 

Rescheduled lessons must be taken within one calendar month of the canceled lesson. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the lesson. 

  

**Cancellation Fees** 

Cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice will result in full charges for the lesson, which will be non-refundable or exchangeable. 

  

**Changes to Lessons and Payments** 

We reserve the right to change your allocated time slot, cancel future lessons, or modify your payment method if these terms and conditions are not met. 

  

**Notification Requirements** 

All changes or cancellations must be made directly through your online profile and notified to your tutor via email within the agreed-upon time frame. 

  

**Holidays** 

If you plan to take a holiday, you must arrange this with your tutor. Any unused lessons must be used before the end of the holiday period. 

  

**Intellectual Property** 

All materials on the website, including software, images, text, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Cheeky Chimp Tutors. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission. 

  

**Termination of Account** 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if you violate these terms or any applicable laws. 

  

**Indemnification** 

You agree to indemnify and hold Cheeky Chimp Tutors harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the website or services.

**Additional Clauses for Online Home Educators / Tutors:** 

  

**1. Lesson Format and Technology Requirements:** 

Online lessons will be conducted via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. Students are required to have access to a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with audio and video capabilities, and any necessary software or applications specified by the tutor. 

  

**2. Lesson Content and Curriculum:** 

The tutor will provide instruction on subjects/topics agreed upon with the student or parent/guardian. Learning objectives will be clearly communicated and tailored to the student's academic needs and goals. 

  

**3. Communication Channels:** 

Preferred communication channels for scheduling, lesson updates, and inquiries will be established between the tutor, student, and parent/guardian. This may include email, messaging platforms, or designated communication portals. 

  

**4. Attendance and Punctuality:** 

Students are expected to attend scheduled lessons punctually. In the event of unavoidable absences, advance notice must be provided to the tutor. Tardiness may result in reduced lesson time and will not extend beyond the scheduled end time. 

  

**5. Parental Involvement:** 

Parents/guardians are encouraged to participate in their child's learning journey by providing support, monitoring progress, and communicating with the tutor as needed. They may also be involved in setting academic goals and discussing lesson plans. 

  

**6. Feedback and Progress Reports:** 

The tutor will provide regular feedback on student performance and progress towards learning objectives. Progress reports may be shared with parents/guardians periodically to assess academic development and identify areas for improvement. 

  

**7. Confidentiality:** 

All student information, including personal details, academic records, and communication content, will be treated confidentially by the tutor. Information will only be shared with authorized individuals for educational purposes or as required by law. 

  

**8. Dispute Resolution:** 

In the event of disputes or disagreements between the tutor, student, and/or parent/guardian, efforts will be made to resolve issues amicably through open communication and negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued. 

  

**9. Termination of Services:** 

Either party may terminate tutoring services with reasonable notice 48 hours. Refunds for prepaid lessons will be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon refund policy outlined in the initial agreement.Digital products are non refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid of 25% 

  

**10. Professional Development:** 

The tutor is committed to ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills, stay current with educational trends, and maintain subject matter expertise. This may include attending workshops, courses, or engaging in self-directed learning. 

  

**11. Liability Waiver:** 

The tutor is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or disruptions that may occur during online lessons due to factors beyond their control, including internet connectivity issues, platform malfunctions, or hardware/software failures. 

  

**12. Governing Law:** 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

  

**13. Digital Downloads.** 

You agree as part of your package, you will receive digital downloads in any resolution or refunds. This will be deducted from the package amount of a total of 25% including tax.

**9.1. Change of Services:** 

Either party may change times with reasonable notice of 48 hours before the lesson starting in tutors time zone. Missed lessons without required notice will not be not Refunded, however if correct notice has  been given new date can be agreed within the time frame of purchased plan  at tutors availability . For prepaid lessons, this will be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon policy outlined in the initial agreement. 

  

**10. Professional Development:**
